 | Yesterday we went to the Micro Centre, the financial center of Buenos Aires! This is supposed to be the spot to shop, however we did not find the prices to be that different from Richoleta. Greg did manage to find a beautiful pair of handmade leather shoes and belt to match. Hustling and bustling with People, Malls and Shops everywhere, all crammed and squeezed into small streets. This barrio or neighborhood was exactly the opposite of Recoleta.
We ate at a little cafe caddy corner from the Naval building on Florida street, the main shopping street in Micro Centre. Talk about a small world, we ran into our friends from La Jolla while we were eating at the cafe. Even funnier than that we run into them in random places in La Jolla on a regular basis. |
